*All sales are final* and all products sold by SCW Performance are for off road use only. Aftermarket parts are not always legal in every state, please check with your local authorities before purchasing. Please review your purchase before completion of the purchase order. No returns will be accepted except at the express permission of management. All returned items are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee if approved for return. All shipping fees associated with returning the product(s) will not be reimbursed.

There are NO returns or exchanges on Special Order products from Japan. Due to the nature of Special Orders, sometimes lead times can vary from 1 week to 3 months. Please inquire before making this type of purchase. Any orders over $100 will require a SIGNATURE for DELIVERY.

All composite auto body parts may require adjustment/modification for perfect fit. Professional installation is recommended. An exchange may be possible depending upon the item exchanged, please email for inquiry.

Shipping Policy


Shipping in the Continental USA typically takes anywhere from 2-5 business days (Ground Shipping). International orders can take anywhere from 7-20 business days (Ground International Shipping). Special order items from Japan for example, can take anywhere from 5-10 weeks for delivery. If an item is on back-order, or in transit from the manufacturer shipping times can be delayed further. We try our best to make sure we contact you after orders are shipped. As always, if you have any questions in regards to your order, please email our staff.

**IMPORTANT** When receiving your item, you MUST inspect the item and note any damage BEFORE SIGNING for the shipment. Be sure to open, unwrap and inspect the item carefully before signing. The shipment is fully insured but if you sign for a damaged item, we will not be able to help you with a claim. We understand that the drivers do not like waiting for you to open the package, but they can not leave without your signature. IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS WRITE "DAMAGE" IN THE SIGNATURE BOX AND RETURN THE ITEM TO SHIPPER, REFUSE SHIPMENT! If you sign for an item and do not inspect it upon delivery, the shipper will refuse damage liability and we will not be able to honor a claim on your behalf.
