If you suspect suspicious email, please take precaution to delete the email, and report the sender to authorities.

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any significantly damaged or defective products within 2 business days of you receiving your products. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
If the product is defective, you will will need to contact a sales representative for a replacement. If you choose to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. All Returns or Exchanges must be authorized by us in writing before any credits or parts can be issued.
It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us by emailing immediately. We will issue instruction on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways.
** ALL CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS / PARTS / SERVICES ** There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on custom made parts or services. This includes, but is not limited to carbon fiber parts, fiberglass parts, molded parts, aluminum and stainless parts etc. All custom ordered parts are sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee of fit, life, or purpose unless specified in writing on your receipt (each part is case by case). All parts and services that are custom made are sold with this understanding prior to purchase. We do our best to ensure quality of every part we produce, however, parts can vary from vehicle to vehicle, use and purpose, and are to be considered for off-road or show use only. There are absolutely no returns, exceptions, exchanges, or warranty / guarantee on parts that have been altered, modified, installed, painted, or changed in any way - including painting, trimming, body work, user error, installation error, misuse and abuse etc. All costs associated with installation, or removal, due to the part, or a problem with the part, are to be covered by the purchaser. If you buy one of our custom made parts or services, be advised you are doing so at your own risk. Before you potentially void any warranty that might exist on one of our custom products, please contact our staff for any questions or concerns you might have. We want you to be happy with our products, so get all the facts before you purchase.
***All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15% on ALL returned items*** There are NO Returns or Cancellations allowed on Special Order / Custom Order / Japan Order / Back Ordered items!

In the past we have shipped products over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do not ship "trial or testing" products; we choose not to operate that way as some companies still do.
There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, shipping labels issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed, etc. Therefore, a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest.
If you are not sure about what you need or of a product, whether or not it will work for you, or whether it is of the quality you are expecting, you are better off doing your own research first. Over 99% of our customers are happy with us, and we have tens-of-thousands of satisfied customers. We would rather lose a sale than ship products to people who have expectations that we cannot meet, and who will or could end up unhappy with us. Please be certain that the products you are ordering are exactly what you want/need before placing your order with us.
